In high school I used to have the longest healthiest hair! But a couple years ago it became extremely unhealthy and straggly and short. It wouldn’t grow past a certain length anymore, and though it was still considered long to others you know how your hair once was. There were many of times I got talked off the ledge by the girl who cuts my hair from chopping it all off out of frustration.
I felt a bit silly trying it but almost all the reviews I read about them said they worked. So I splurged on 3 months worth of the SugarBearHair vitamins.
Product:
The package arrived pretty quickly and came with a hair brush, three bottles of vitamins and a cute little makeup bag. Instructions call for taking two vitamins a day. So I made it a part of my morning routine for three months. People are not kidding when they say that they taste great as well. Like a raspberryish flavor it doesn’t taste as you imagine it would.
Before: My hair was straggly, uneven, dull and a bit wild.
After: It may not look like a huge change, but it grew a couple inches (this was with a trim during the 3 months) and became a lot stronger, fuller and shinier.

I was a little worried when reading reviews that said they had major breakouts, some weight gain and cravings when taking these vitamins. I fortunately did not experience any of those.
Overall:
I wouldn’t say it is a miracle worker by any means, but if your hair needs a three month pick me up for overall health I would recommend it. I don’t see myself buying another three months anytime soon, but when I see it starting to get dull and straggly again I may do another round of three months. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the process and product!
