I’ve started a Bible study going through Philippians and I decided to go through it with you! 🙌🏻 The word Joy is found 14 times in the book of Philippians, but yet chapter 1 hits hard quickly on trials as Paul himself writes the book in chains. ⛓ It was a good reflection on how we choose to rejoice in tough times knowing the gospel is at work and changing out hearts! Knowing that change brings more love, joy, and wisdom. A question I reflected on was which of the three changes (love, wisdom/knowledge, joy) is the most desirable to you and why? ❓ - I choose joy! I’m quick to let my situation and my circumstances dictate my state of mind more than focusing on the gospel! I’d challenge you to ask this question to yourself as well, and see how you can open up to the gospel change!💕 #phillipians #choosejoy
